EQUIPMENT AND ADVANTAGE
🔥 Hybrid Dual Fuel Power
Enjoy the convenience of gas with the unmatched taste of wood fire. The two-burner propane system includes an infrared burner under the hearth and an ambient burner at the rear — perfect for quick heat-ups or long, smoky flavor sessions.
🔥 Authentic Artisan Craftsmanship
Built from a proprietary blend of commercial-grade refractory cement and stainless steel fibers, the CBO-750 is engineered to last a lifetime. Its signature FlameRoll® dome design recreates the timeless Italian wood-fired experience, creating even heat up to 1,000°F for crisp pizzas, seared steaks, and roasted vegetables.
🔥 Made in the USA – Built to Perform
Each CBO oven is handcrafted in the USA for consistent quality, safety, and reliability year-round. Certified for indoor and outdoor use, it meets strict UL and NSF standards trusted by chefs nationwide.
🔥 Complete DIY Kit – Everything You Need
Your CBO-750 Kit includes a 6-piece oven (dome, arch, decorative door, hearth), installation materials (anchor box, insulation, mortar, steel plate), and premium accessories like a pizza peel, ash brush, and infrared thermometer.
🔥 Perfect for Custom Outdoor Kitchens
Whether you’re designing a backyard oasis or a restaurant patio, the CBO-750’s modular DIY design integrates seamlessly with non-combustible materials — stone, stucco, concrete, or tile.
🔥 Why Choose Chicago Brick Oven Over Ooni, Alfa, or Gozney?
Unlike lightweight portable pizza ovens, Chicago Brick Ovens deliver true heat mass and even flame distribution. The result: faster cooking times, richer flavor, and consistent results meal after meal.
